XHLWX is the international brand of Shenzhen Qihang Lighting Co., Ltd., a Chinese LED luminaire manufacturer founded in 2009 and based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. We produce custom commercial and architectural LED project lighting in our own plant under ISO 9001 quality management: track lights, downlights, linear systems, magnetic track, panels, high bay luminaires, floodlights and bespoke chandeliers. Fixtures are engineered to EN 12464-1 illuminance and UGR glare criteria, supplied with IES and LDT photometric files for DIALux verification, and available with DALI-2 or Casambi control. Services cover lighting design consulting, photometric testing, CE / RoHS compliant manufacturing and on-site installation guidance. OEM, ODM and SKD programmes are supported, with overseas warehouses in Los Angeles and Hamburg serving projects in more than 60 countries. Our factory runs SMT lines, in-house die-cast and extruded aluminium housing finishing, an integrating-sphere photometric laboratory and ageing / thermal test benches, so photometric data, thermal management and lumen maintenance (L80B10) are verified before shipment rather than quoted from component datasheets. Typical project deliverables include a DIALux study, luminaire schedule, IES / LDT files, driver and LED chip declarations (Osram, Bridgelux, Philips, Mean Well, Tridonic class), CE / RoHS documentation and a spare-parts plan. We work directly with lighting designers, architects, electrical consultants and installation contractors: the same engineer follows a project from photometric layout through sample approval, mass production, packing list and after-sales replacement. Custom work is standard, not an exception - housing dimensions, beam angles, CCT and CRI (up to CRI 95+ for retail, jewellery and museum use), finishes to RAL, trim details, emergency and dimming options are all made to specification. Minimum quantities are project based, and lead times are confirmed in writing at order stage. Sectors we equip most often: hotels and resorts (lobby, guestroom, ballroom, corridor and facade), retail and shopping malls, jewellery and watch display, museums and galleries with conservation-oriented low UV / IR spectra, offices and co-working with UGR<19 glare control, schools and universities, hospitals and clinics, restaurants and hospitality interiors, industrial halls and logistics centres with high bay luminaires, plus architectural facade and landscape lighting. For European specifiers we align documentation with the local normative framework - DIN EN 12464-1 and ASR A3.4 in Germany, NF EN 12464-1 and NF C 15-100 in France, NEN-EN 12464-1 and NEN 1010 in the Netherlands, UNI EN 12464-1 and CEI 64-8 in Italy - and quote in the units and control protocols local tender documents require. Control integration covers DALI-2, Casambi Bluetooth mesh, 0-10V, phase-cut and non-dim variants.
