For export shipments, Embedded Finned Tubes (G-Fins) are securely packed in ISPM 15 compliant, IPPC-certified fumigated wooden crates or steel-framed wooden boxes to prevent structural damage and environmental degradation during maritime transit. Each tube is isolated using custom-notched timber spacers and EVA foam layers to protect the delicate fins from crushing or rubbing. The inner bundle is vacuum-sealed with heavy-duty anti-rust plastic films and desiccants to guard against salt spray and moisture, while tube ends are fitted with protective plastic caps. Heavy-duty steel strapping, integrated forklift slots, clearly marked lifting points, and international warning symbols ensure safe handling, easy customs clearance, and total product integrity upon delivery.
